Delivery
Gift vouchers - we will endeavor to deliver your "gift voucher" on time to meet your required date*.
We need 3 working days to make and despatch a gift card.
Bookings made within 1 or 2 days of delivery times will not be guaranteed to arrive on time.
We also cannot guarantee delivery during peak postal periods.
We will back up short delivery times with a "gift email."**
We will charge you a postage fee*** if you want your gift to be sent by registered post.
*date - The date confirmed by you on your confirmation of booking form.
**gift email - An email version of a gift card. A printable email to give as a gift in the event the "gift card " does not arrive in time.
*** postage fee - as per size and weight - royal mail.
Paintings - When purchasing an original piece of artwork from Brambles Art Retreat, care an attention needs to be taken
regarding colours as displayed on different monitors.
Brambles Art Retreat cannot be held responsible for colour variations on monitors.
Shipping and postage fees are extra, these costs will be indicated at the time of purchase.
All paintings will be fully insured to their full replacement value.
Delivery of original artwork will take 7-10 days from receipt of payment.
Prints - are sold mounted and wrapped in cellophane. They are posted with a hard card base to keep them flat, in jiffy envelopes.
A print by its nature is not a perfect replication of a piece of art work, there will be colour variation from the original.
Each print has its own print standard we reproduce to.
Our prints are Giclee quality.
Delivery of prints will take 7 days subject to stock.
Please note - all art works are copyrighted - you must obtain the artists permission to reproduce them in any form.
Returns
If your gift card has not arrived please give us a call so that we can try to find out what has happened to it.
We will replace it or send a gift email so that you have a gift to give on time.
Any painting or print that arrives damaged must be returned to us immediately. Please call 01556 784 359 and report the damage.
We will contact the courier and claim against them enabling us to refund your fee or replace your goods.
