At Brambles Art Retreat we respect your privacy and promise not to pass on your personal information to any third party.
We will use your personal information for the purposes of responding to your queries, booking you on a course/s
and keeping you up to date with our annual programme of courses and news.
Terms and Conditions.
Written, verbal or electronic bookings reserve a place on a course. On receipt of your funds, either a deposit or payment in full, this confirms
the booking.
The deposit fee for a residential courses is *£100.00 per person, whether paid as a deposit or as part of a payment in full,
it is non refundable.
You can choose to pay the fee in full at the point of booking, please note, *£100.00 of the total amount
is considered as the deposit and is non refundable.
**Day course deposits vary according to the duration of the course. ** For day courses and non residential visitors, the deposit is 50% of the
total fee,
this is a non refundable fee. We ask for the residue of your payment to be paid four weeks prior to the start of your course.
We need four weeks notice of change of dates, cancellations made less than four weeks prior to you course incur the loss of the total fee.
We recommend you purchase holiday insurance even when you reside in the uk and are holidaying in the uk. We also reccomend you purchase
holiday insurance for trips to other countries.
"Gift card" - is a voucher bought as a gift to be redeemed as part or full payment for a course at Brambles Art Retreat. It has a value that relates
to the duration
of a course i.e. "weekend - residential" "5 day - residential" "a day - non residential" or an amount of money.
It is to be used by the recipient, the named person on the voucher. It must be redeemed within a year. The year following the date on the voucher.
We do not redeem the value of the gift in money.
It is at our discretion to extend the life of the "gift card". "Gift cards" are non transferable.
Trips to other countries outside the uk: With your permission we share your personal information with our partner holiday providers.
If you do not
wish us to pass on your information we can provide you with details to enable you to contact them directly.
Deposits for foreign holidays
are also non refundable. Final fees need to be paid twelve weeks prior to the start of the course. Each holiday is unique and
specific details are provided on a seperate booking form.
In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992" all passengers booking with BRAMBLES ART RETREAT are fully insured for the initial deposit
and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation (to the uk)if required arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements
due to the insolvency of BRAMBLES ART RETREAT.
A certificate detailing the cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover.
Please ensure that you have been given appropriate certificate(s)
at the time of booking.
This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through igi Insurance Company Ltd.
